Toy soldier golems at Magustan wp in Rata Sum
They are at the Minister’s WP in DR as well. Every day it seems like there are more of them.

It’s a bug. It’s a combination of a certain wintersday item (not saying which one so others won’t try it and blanket entire maps in golems) and the engineer’s slick shoes.

Apparently it’s a glitch that allows these to not despawn after creation.
