I’m at the very first leg of the Tracking the Aspect Masters line and I can’t seem to get to the waypoint I’m being guided to. There doesn’t appear to be any way off of the Ligacus Aquilo bridge, nor any way from any other corner of the map. I’m confused.

It’s a bug. Open up the main map (press M), zoom all the way out, and go to the waypoint closest to the green star (the one indicating a story instance) on the map.
