Exactly What It Says on the Tin.

You have “Foci” for the plural of Focus weapons, but have “Staffs” for the Staff weapons in the Trading Post. Should be “Staves”

There’s a thread about this over in the GD sub-forum with Dev response(s).

The consensus is that both are correct. Check your dictionary of choice.

I think this is a regional thing. ‘Staffs’ seems like a U.S. thing, while ‘staves’ is more common in the U.K.? They’re both correct. Also, ‘stave’ is another word for ‘staff’.

A non-issue from any angle you want to look at it. Staffs is technically correct. The best kind of correct.

Linguistically, stave and staffs are both correct. This gets brought up like once a month.
