When are these trait changes I hear ab on the fourms happening.

Before HoT launch. But other than that, they haven’t said, as far as I know.

Hopefully we get some word on a time frame. I have two characters that were made after the last trait change that need some traits unlocked. I’ve been holding off because I don’t want the spend the time or gold and then have the trait update roll out a week later.
