Completed Cursed Shore to 100% recently and got 3 Transmutation Stones from the explores chest which I will never use because I got to level 80 doing the zone completion. Why would a game reward me with something I can’t use and not an appropriate reward for the zone I did?

Why can’t you use the “Transmutation Stones” I still have 11 LvL80’s left and still use them on occasion, now the 66 LvL79’s are useless to me.

I think he’s talking about hte lvl 79 ones.

I agree with OP. I’ve already got 8 lvl 80s and 100+ trans stones (lvl 79 or under) that I’ll never use. Most of those are from map completion, but yes, the lvl 80 zones should reward lvl 80 x-stones imo.

The ultimate reason is money, they want you to buy them from the gem store.

They nerfed it.

in my bank ive got roughily 300 yellow transstones that ill never use (i have 1 of every class) and earned the things faster than i could waste them and i did try to get rid of them from lvl one upwards i transmuted everything every 4-5 levels

i can understand getting 3 yellow transstones for low areas but later on id even settle for a chest key over the stones and im swiming in boosters ill never use

i used to get by lvl 80 5 fine trans stones and id buy the other 5 but ive not found any doing world complete for awhile (think chests had them but cant rember)

id really like to see there marketing list of top sellers
id bet the fine stones is in the top 3 most bought along with chest keys
