Guild Wars 2

I don’t own HoT, but I do have a small guild with friends. Now some of them own HoT and I wonder if I can transfer guild OWNERSHIP to one of them, so they can benefit all we have unlocked and start expanding the guild with HoT features.

Anet boned everyone in the kitten with HoT guilds. You get nothing. GLHF dumping 10,000+ gold into your new guild to reach anything close to the old one.

That said, you can make any other player guild master if you want, just promote them.

Guilds don’t have individual owners. They have guild leaders who have access and leadership is easily transferred.

You don’t have to do anything at all. If your friends are members of the guild with the relevant privileges, they can claim a guild hall (which you can enter) and start improving it.
