Is there a way to transmute something like before? I don’t want to get rid of the original weapon (foefire) I just want to transmute the stats from the other weapon but if i use the wardrobe way it keeps the name of the stat weapon and again i do not want to get rid of the original weapon i worked for .-.

that is the problem, it keeps the name of the weapon i transmute foefire on while i still have the original foefire, i want the original foefire to have have the stats and not just have a weapon with a different name with foefire’s skin

But it won’t be the original Foefire if it has different stats. It’s just a name, they may change/fix the naming convention in an upcoming update. You can wait, or use the Foefire skin.

Name = stats, not skin. So if you transmute an item to replace the stats the name will change. You cannot change the stats without changing the name.

Like before the whole transmutation update, you could keep the original weapon and just put in the stats from another weapon, I hate knowing i’ll have to get rid of the original weapon because it is souldbound to me and without the right stats

Yes, it was that way before, and now it is not. Your choices are clear. Change the name with the stats, or wait until the naming convention is changed.

Yes the name of the weapon will be the base weapon. That is however a bug which will be fixed. But the the skin and therefore looks will be whatever you choose it to be
