Anyone know if these things will work on armor and ascended back pieces? Or only on weapons?

Crafted: Meteorlogicus, Incinerator, Juggernaut, Sunrise, Bifrost, The Dreamer, Kudzu
Am I legendary yet!?

Well, it says item, not armor, so my guess would be yes to armor. No idea about ascended backpieces as I don’t have one…I don’t think I do, anyway.
