Can I use transmutation Stone to Karma Armor?

As far as I know you can transmute karma armour, but if it is the level 80 stuff from the temples in Orr you will need a fine transmutaiton stone rather than a basic one.

I have transmuted the karma armour set found in Timberline Falls (that I originally purchased with my ranger) and I used basic stones to transmute it onto level 30 blue armour, which maintained the appearance of the karma armour set but made it account bound so I could use it on other toons.

Yes you can transmute karma armour. It works exactly the same as as other armour sets.
