I’ve heard if you use transmutation charges on beta characters, it won’t actually affect the number of charges in your account. Is that true?

Yes thats true the same way as getting a precursor wont transfer over to your main account….. Your playing a copy of your account so anything you gain or use is seperate

Tip: When you make a new beta character load it into all 6 cities, since they will auto complete for you, you will get 6 transmutation charges to use for your beta characters (which should carry over to your other beta characters as well)
