Saw a guy turning into tree’s in desolation heart of the mists. Is this a hack? I reported him for “scamming” since there isn’t a hack option..

Why would anyone make a hack for that? What could it possible achieve?

So let me get this straight. You reported a guy for something that you had no idea about, THEN you came to the forums to ask? Not that your one stupid little report will do anything, but I’m sure there’s plenty of idiotic reports like this that cause the real issues forever to be taken care of.

It’s one of a few different kinds of potions which you can get from BLC I think. They transform you into objects such as trees or chests… Not a hack.

Guild Wars 2 – Endless Mystery Tonic [SWE] if you want proof that these exist.

Even if it was a hack, why bother reporting it? It’s a cosmetic change that isn’t giving him an advantage or affecting anyone else. ANet has far more important things to deal with.

This can’t be for real… surely it must be a very poor trolling attempt? For the sake of my hope in humanity, it must!

Yes, it is a potion/tonic – not a hack.

Think the best we can hope for is the OP gets banned for reporting falsely.

Can you imagine if the player had turned himself into furniture or a member of the Inquest?

It’s obviously a hack meant for WvW. Allows to merge with the environment unsuspected while still be able to attack your opponents with ranged weapon. This should be banned.

well… a ranger with 5% extra longbow range could easily chop off that tree then…..
