in case you are wondering i believe this chest was available during the Tower of Nightmare patch. You are required to have 3 different color keys in which you would combine to make a the actual key for the chest…. however it was first stated this chest would remain after the patch but was then removed. Since I lost hoped on its returned i delete my remaining keys…

Maybe there is another way to get keys now? seems a bit odd for them to add in now otherwise.

I have also deleted my keys long ago. Guess there will be another way to get them yes.
