This armor is some of the first bonus items you unlock, you dont have to do much in gw1 to get them. Beat the story campaign basically. Yeah forgot to mention, like Healix said, winged helm is a low level crafted one, hard to tell pants in that picture but acolyte sounds good.

You don’t eve have to get that far. You get 3 points for linking accounts which is enough to unlock the chest piece.
Ah nice, I forgot exactly which pieces of the heritage set unlocked first. They were all really low on the list.
