Hi,
I have two piece of armor with identical stats but different rune, I tried to trasmute them because it costs much more to buy another rune to put in my armor than using transmutation crystal but the game doesn’t allow me to do so.
Also, I can’t savage the rune I want from the other piece because I bounght it with karma.

Is this a bug or an intended feature? If so, they didn’t count all the cases because in my situation I actually need to trasmute the items even if they have the same stats.

Make sure you are using fine transmutation stones

Apologies if this is stating the really obvious but did you actually click on the skin, stats and upgrade you wanted from the item?

A lot of people seem to assume that transmutation stones will automatically know which parts of each item they’ll want to keep but it doesn’t work like that. You have to double click the stone, drag the two items into the two windows and then choose which parts to keep before it will actually give you the option to transmute.

If that’s not the problem then it might be helpful to be more specific about where you’re running into a problem. Can you put both into the transmutation window? Can you select the parts you want? Does the button light up and then just not do anything?
