Okay tue we are likely to get a patch – no idea what but a patch is probably incoming…

I’m going to speculate here as the Chinese new year was a nice suprise but I expect this will end on Tue (the new year is now over – was on the 19th Feb). Time to buy all those divine lucky envelopes for your magic find [i went from 253% to 293% luck very cheaply].

I’m going out on a limb here but I suspect were going to get a two week SAB (Super Adventure Box) redux – worlds 1&2. Followed by a WvW Season (4 weeks) with some of the test season changes being implemented?

Then it’s April 1st – so we’ll get a fun day patch from anet (not sure how they can top bobble heads) possibly combined with a feature/balance patch for 2 weeks (eg stability changes)- spot the real ones vs the fake ones. Then possibly something crazy like a FoTM update (would be nice to see – with some old stuff from GW1 prior dungeons /stuff baked into it).

I don’t see how a living story patch will be released as HoT will be the next big release probably in late Q2 or early Q3 so it will be counted as part of Q4 earnings. Normally living seasons have a big trailer and hype well before they start and as the LS points to HoT – I would be suprised to see one before the HoT expansion.

Anyways what do you think will happen next?

I don’t think he made the complete entirety of it, but he was the main person involved with it.

I just got around to doing that yesterday and boy was I impressed. It was SO HUGE. I honestly felt like Indiana Jones the whole time, it was awesome.

“Every Black Lion Chest opened within the next two weeks will include a bonus Personalized Homemade Lucky Envelope.” From the game release notes, which sort of indicates the event is two weeks long.

Dragon Ball/Lucky Envelopes is not as major content compared with Halloween/wintersday. The bigger holiday events get a longer period (1 mo) and also have heavy advertising they are coming. With known release dates and such.

Chinese New Year had hardly any content – was released just before the new year started and I expect will be finished just after. Right now the next release has not been hinted at or if there will be one today (exactly the same happened before Chinese New Year festival got released).

What we so know is that it’s you last chance to login to get access to the last instalment of living story for free. All these things hint there is something coming down the pipe today. Not sure what (but I expect SAB will make a lot of people happy) – so have happy speculation !

Everything in the gemstore is old. And we ran out of datamined items. And people report that toy golems appear out of thin air and no one’s spawning them.

Correction. You may not know who is spawning them, but the general source is known, and is player-based.

Correction. You may not know who is spawning them, but the general source is known, and is player-based.

The source might indeed be players, or it might be devs who’ve seen that bug earlier and left it to use as a tease later, or it might be a dev’s in mufti disinformation (since I haven’t seen anyone use that scepter anyway and assume it’s true). Anyway, we’ll know tonight.

Hmm….

Apparently there was a hotfix (or so the rumor is) and that’s when people discovered the bug. A lot of people are doing it now to the point it creates fps lag. :/

Well, we do know that today is the last day to unlock Point of No Return for free, so it does suggest that we are getting something today at least.

Looks like we got some gemstore stuff.

I believe the last two SAB releases were preceded with some hype. I don’t care for SAB, because an MMO and a platformer don’t mix.
