So normally if you go to the npc with 2 legends of same type and name you can aquire that title np. But wat for the peeps that crafted 2 legends of the same type but not same name like:

hope and quip
frostfang and astraliara
bifrost and nevermore
twilight and sunrise(eternity)
the dreamer and chuka and champawat

can we get a title if we show these at the npc
“like twice told fool” or “fool me once fool me twice…”

Also if you can present al 4 hot legendarys maybe
“Hearth of thorns legend”

just think about it

Just as a historical note, The Twice Told Legend was added to the game because there didn’t used to be a wardrobe. Back then if you wanted two identical legendaries such as double wielding quip or double wielding frostfang, you literally had to make that legendary twice. When the wardrobe was put in the game that work of making a second identical legendary was made almost completely redundant. The title was put in as a small consolation prize to those people who did all that work before there were wardrobes.

And you cannot get that title from making the legendaries the “new” way as you can only make them once. So the only way to get that title is to make 2 of the same the “old” way.
