Im sure this has been covered previously in the forums but I cant seem to find the thread. I have already crafted a Twilight before the expansion of HOT and am thinking of making another one. I did look on the wiki and it seems the only thing that has changed from the original way of making this is how you acquire the Gift of Battle. I originally bought this with tokens but now you can only get it through WVW? If so that’s ok. I know you have the option of crafting it but the original way wasn’t too difficult. Is it just the new legendaries that you have to craft with elements of HOT? Besides the WVW reward track Gift of Battle I can still make a Twilight the old fashioned way from my understanding?

Yes, for Twilight just forge the precursor with the usual pre-hot gifts. Get the gift of battle via wvw reward track.
No need to “collect” the precursor.

You can only craft any Legendary once. You can start it with the new crafting system for a second time but you can’t finish it (bad design). If you want a second Legendary you’ll need to make it by the old fashioned way.

For the new HoT Legendaries, you can currently only make one of them unless it’s one that has an old Legendary. In that case you can make the old Legendary and then reskin it with the new Legendary. They did mention setting up a system to make “blank” Legendaries to be skinned over but that’s probably far in the future, if ever.
