Given that the downtime was resolved within minutes on Monday evening with active responses from the community team via the @GuildWars2 twitter account, I’d say they’re well aware of the issues.
I do not understand why any communication that relates to issues that need responses or resolutions as quickly as possible are provided by Twitter. I do not have Twitter or any of those other social media accounts nor do I follow them.
These forums are the GW2 forums and this is where I come for information…so why don’t I see any critical information but a lot of folks pointing to Twitter?
Does not make sense to me to only have active responses on a third party outlet and not on official website.
