Tyria's Point of No return!
I bet we won’t even get decorations in LA because of the destruction.
The whole post reads like Living story Hype!!! oh yeah and the same holidays as last year because we couldn’t bother.. but EXCITING Story conclusion!
Halloween is my most favorite holiday and I’m looking forward to what little we get in game, but dangit if I’m not disappointed in their “hype”.
Yeah I want to know what happens in the living story too, but Halloween & Wintersday should be important too and it feels like they’re getting the short end of the stick.
Broken link, may have been released too early.
Id rather have the same holiday content as last year. It shows how much effort they HOPEFULLY put into the rest of living story or something else like an expansion or raid. Holiday events were supposed to be repeatable content each year anyways, with little to no change. They were to act as time fillers to give Dev’s time to develop new content.

hmm still works for me… dulfy has it reposted on her site if you still can’t see it.
It pretty much just says what I said in my OP. I just stripped out most of the hype and fluff.
Same content as last year. Really. You couldn’t even repeat 2012’s so we could have the Mad King instance? Seriously? What a waste. You can ask almost anyone and they will say 2012’s event was superior to 2013’s. I’ve not met one person yet that honestly prefers 2013’s event to 2012’s. This is just crazy. These two major holidays, Halloween and Wintersday, come once a year. You’ll have all year to cram living story down our throats. Why even have the Halloween event? Just throw it away so you can have your precious living story. Oh, wait, then you wouldn’t have an excuse to limited release all the Halloween (seasonal) gem store items.
I’m sorry, but I am so sick and tired of the Living Story dominating everything. It’s why SAB isn’t returning in the foreseeable future. The only reason that Halloween and Wintersday are still around is because they’ve been heavily monetized with weapons, outfits, and other junk.
