Did they remove the vendor that let you trade ugly wool socks/sweaters/hats? I went to Crown to trade mine in and the merch there doesn’t have a tab for them that I could see. Then I went to LA where they have the festival merch who accepts literally all other discontinued/not active currencies and he doesn’t accept these. Am I just missing something or is there nothing to do with them?

There’s no longer a way to trade the ugly items directly for other things, no.

You can, however, buy wrapping paper from the vendor in DR, then trade in wrapping paper + ugly items (different amounts per each) to get wrapped gifts, then give said gifts to orphans in exchange for karma. And then use that karma to buy stuff.
