As a proud owner of a full ascended zerker set I was sad and mad about the nerfs.

But then it hit me.

Ferocity is now an actual stat right? So create a new stat set that uses it as a primary stat! Same with foods. We need foods that have Ferocity as the primary stat.

Oh and give a 1 time choice to anyone with a Berserker ascended item (trinket / armor / weapon) to switch to this new Ferocity-primary stat set. (Fero Power Prec) or to stay as they are

Now no one will be sad or mad!

Alternatively you can just lower the ferocity to crit damage conversion to 12 from 15 to get 1% crit dmg, that would be easier.

Nah, what they’ll do is create new stat sets for their next Living Story patch, make it require 250 (or even 500) Special McGuffins, then make it disappear forever.

Except not quite forever. You can still, maybe, possibly salvage it from a rare exotic drop, if you’re lucky.

OP has a good suggestion, though.

Ferocity as main stat means you have less strength and so your non-crits will do less damage and i’m not sure if the higher crit% will weight out the loss of strength.

They’ve already said that they’ve considered it and they’ll probably add it in the future, I think.

that would be 100% crit damage, basically what I had pre nerf.

Some people had even 120% though :/

The thing that bothers me us that Razor spends a fortune on full ascended zerker gear to have it nerfed.
Which makes us poorer players want to never want to upgrade. His point to reset gear that was nerfed is not so far fetched. Not that I support ferocity gear, but a chance to reset would make me want to excel and get the better stuff. Which means play more.

Note they have reset armor in the past so what would be the problem?

Ferocity? Oh I don’t mind that. I just wish that in general when they Nerf a line they should give you a way to change your expensive armor that you worded so hard for. And Razer does not seem happy, thus my post.

How can I be frustrated if:

1. My alleged stat combination wasn’t touched.
2. The nerf has done nothing to affect any gameplay.
3. I’ve moved on to other games long ago because there is no new content to keep me playing.

If your suggestion had any merit, the thread wouldn’t need you bumping it and defending it. The thread is falling fast because that’s what threads that have no value do. That’s on you.

Maybe you can piggyback one of the bigger threads already on this topic.
