I posted similar thread on Revenant forum but have a feeling it won’t get much attention and i’m really hoping to get some answers here with better coverage. Mod plz don’t penalize me for double posting this as i’m really confused and frustrated by the lack of information about this. Wiki hasn’t helped me at all either.

Ok, I need the Mistward Legging Insignia and Mistward Plate insignia and the exalted vendor in Tarir doesn’t have it, nor the Nuhoch one for the plate. Not sure if i approached the right one here though. I visited the one near the Order of Wispers waypoint in Tangled Depths and as i said, he doesn’t have it. These are the last items i need for both chest and leggings and i can’t complete it.

I have max exalted mastery line so at least he should have the legging one for me, right? But all i see for sale on his page 2 is 3 back item components and nothing else. Looking at the wiki and the list of items he sells, there’s a host of things he sells on page 2 and yet none are available to me. What is going on here? did i waste all them mastery points on exalted for nothing? Where are the rare materials they’re supposed to teach me to find? and why aren’t all the vendor items available to me?

If anyone could shed some light on this i’d be most grateful, but i’m disappointed the game itself isn’t explaining it to me. Anet ur taking this idea “we don’t hold your hand” too far. There are some things we as players need to know and would appreciate it if this information is available in the game via tooltips or whatever.

I could have sworn that those were items available in their first tab, not the second.

I might be wrong, but I just feel strongly towards the first tab.

Well if they are, they’re not in the first tab either. I mean i’ve gone through all their tabs and those insignias are just not there.

They are on the first tab and you need to scroll down. They are the last thing on first tab

Do you have the Exalted Acceptance mastery? It’s the second mastery in the exalted line. You need it to see the item and buy it.

Wait, this is confusing.

Let’s clarify:

- You have Exalted Acceptance and Nuhoch Language to access both types of merchants?
- For the Exalted one: are you talking with the Exalted inside Tarir?
- For the Nuhoch one: he is the one in Tangled Depths by the first Waypoint.
- The right Tab is the “collections” one, the one that has the backpieces parts, elite specialization collections, and last the insignia you need.

Also, a screenshot should help me understand if it’s a bug or something.

Update: don’t know if my game was glitched or what, but i left those maps, relogged then went back and the insignias were there. thank god. still have my head blind to complete, need the insignia from dragon stand now, ugh i hope that one is good.

Btw is that the npc up top after u kill the MoM that sells them? The tooltip just says to u buy them in dragon stand but not exactly where or which npc.

I just completed my Mistward set. The only NPC that sells them is the one after you defeat Mordremoth, at the area where the chest drops for the fight. You need 30 crystalline ore to purchase the Mistward Helm Insignia so you need to spend a little time in that zone before you have enough ore.

Yes, the D’S vendor appears on the cliff after the mouths death. Use LFG to increase your odds of a successful map though.

The vendor will appear in the area where the final chest is. But before you even attempt it, make sure you have all the currency you’ll need for your purchases as the whole event takes at minimum an hour and really sucks to be short 3 airship parts or whatever
