In PvE / WvW I think the “Shaman” Insignia / Prefix stats gives
Main: Vitality
Minor: Healing Power, Condition Damage
Why we cannot craft Level 80 exotic weapons / armor pieces with the “Shaman” Insignia / Prefix ???
I also noticed that we cannot craft Level 80 exotic weapons / armor pieces with the [Main: Power, Minor: Toughness, Vitality] Insignia / Prefix.
Why ???
