I think that there should be an item that allows the players to unbind soulbound items so that they can either pass to another characters or to sell it in the market after they are not using those items anymore.

It would mess with the games economy and making money would be even more difficult. You can always salvage the item for mats, although the amount of value gained is negligible

Won’t happen. I mean, for example, that would totally devalue the “twice told legend” achievement. Since people could just unbind the second one then sell it again. Not to mention, that would totally ruin the economy, with no item sinks.
Plus, pretty much everything worth keeping is already soul bound (legendary and ascended stuff).

like the upgrade extractor, it would have to be prohibitively expensive, for the reasons people mentioned above. like, 10,000 gems expensive.
maybe there could be a much cheaper one for ~500 gems to turn it from soulbound to account bound. but almost anything that you would actually want to do that to don’t even soulbind on equip.

just unbind it for 1 gold and sell it with a huge profit ( after you used it 2 years)

This is a stupid idea and is an economic and progress disaster waiting to happen if this ever did happen.

There’s a reason things are soulbound.

Just look at upgrade extractors to see why this would be pointless. The only thing that would be worth using on would be a precursor.
