Ever wonder what the massive pyramid of Rata Sum looks like from the ground? Or how about what Polymock Arenas is going to be like? Well, I was asking myself these questions for a very long time, until finally curiosity beat me. With a few revive orbs, I was able to successfully gain access to the area under Rata Sum. These were my findings (screenshots below):
It turns out Rata Sum is not floating in the air, but instead, it floats in the water. The lake beneath Rata Sum looks very deep because it is so dark, but it isn’t actually that deep at all. The pyramid simply ends in the water at a single point – I was expecting some sort of easter egg at the very bottom, but nope. It just ends. Under the water looks pretty though, as streaks of sunlight were able penetrate through the water.
I looked around for a bit longer, and couldn’t find any easter eggs. Just undeveloped content – but GOOD undeveloped content. However, after vigorous exploration for a long while, I was able to find a room on the cliffs near the pyramid. There was only one thing inside this little room – an asura gate. Jackpot.
I’m very anxious to see what’s on the other side, and you guessed it, I found the Polymock Arenas. It’s abandoned and there was still no traces of any easter eggs. However, it was still a very interesting place although unfinished. I took a bunch of screenshots, but I’ll only show some of my favorites.
Anyway, after a long while of exploring and finding nothing too incredible, I went back to the asura gate and went through it. It took my straight to Asura jail – bail me out if you can
Enjoy guys, it was fun
