Underestimated boss events
I think Shatterer and Jormag should be properly revamped (and rewarded), and moved from “Standard World Boss Schedule” to “Hardcore World Boss Schedule”.
The shatterer is a weird fight to me. Its probably a combination of fewer people doing shatterer and the people there not knowing what to do, but every time I fight the shatterer, the zerg has a much harder time than when I fight Teq, even though the rewards from Teq are much ,much better and his timer is much longer than the shatterer’s.
Claw of jormag is a fun fight to me, I think its ok for now. But Taida Covington should be revamped next. The first part of it is meh with the bombing the doors, and then after that Taida herself is just a massive HP sponge that runs around the whole place. Not much of a fight really, so much as a wild goose chase (and good luck seeing her run off with all the effects flying around. I normally can only tell when the mob starts to move to her next location). I would love to see her run around less and get some interesting mechanics in the actual fight itself.
Ulgoth is, like you said, a glorified champion. But overall I enjoy that event chain if I am in the map.
Shadow Behemoth could be revamped as well. Its a rather boring fight. Same with mega destroyer.
Meh … haven’t bothered doing any of the world bosses in months. Shatterer overall was not an improvement.
