Someone in game told me they heard it announced by devs on another website tonight. Anyone know if there is any truth to this? I’m doubtful they’d announce something like that off the official forums first

Um what? Someones taking the mickey out of you methinks. Rangers already have greatswords. And the underwater dragon rumour is infact a glitch with the map boundry allowing a player off the map. It just so happens its a “dead zone” with an inanimate dragon model.

Erm, there was mention that they might do something to make ranger greatsword better. Didn’t pay attention to the details though if there were any.

Rangers are in line for an update yes, Robert Horuda already alluded to it. But as far I am aware its a range of possible updates not just the GS.

On the underwater dragon they might have been talking about this interview with Colin Johanson by Eurogamer.
He didn’t confirm it, just talked about some possibilities for the expansion.
