I am not sure if and when this has been questioned in the past, but when will some exotic level underwater head armor be available? Currently to the best of my knowledge the only option is from the karma vender in Orr. Some Spec options would be a joy as well.

I thought the best we could get, before this latest release was Masterwork. So, I am thrilled to have received a Rare Aquabreather from the chest! =)

Rare is certainly an improvement, I Am really hoping for normal range of stats like any other armor piece. Anet seems to have left out backpieces and underwater armor as a priority.
