I apologize if this has been specifically clarified before, but I couldn’t find anything about it on these forums.

Let’s say (because this is what actually happened…) I bought Scarlet’s Spaulders, and because I was feeling eager and not thinking all that much due to the time of night, I immediately applied them to my warrior’s shoulder armor.

When the patch comes on the 15th, will those spaulders only be unlocked as a “heavy” shoulder skin on my account? Or will the skin still be universal? Or is this part still officially unconfirmed? Thanks.

“Single items, such as the Fuzzy Hats and Scarlet’s Spaulders, will be unlocked for your entire account and usable with any armor weight.”

I believe skins like that, which can be applied regardless of the weight (like the radiant/hellfire acheivement skins), will be made available to all weights it can apply to.
