Does anyone know of an item that will unlock the Rogue Mask in the Wardrobe? The two items I tried so far didn’t do the trick:

• Supple Leather Mask Skin from the WvW Armorsmith
• Oldgate Leather Mask from the Karma Vendor

The first one just shows “Skin Locked” without naming the skin, though, the second item doesn’t show any skin info at all. Is there an item that will unlock this skin?

I suppose this post just as well would fit into the “Bug Reports” forum, but I’m more interested to know if there’s another item with that skin than to report a bug that probably has been reported a dozen times already…

Dulfy has info on wardrobe unlocks here. She says it’s WvW or karma.

There’s an item called Bloodsaw Leather Mask that can be crafted by leatherworkers. Salvaging it will unlock the rogue mask skin.

I’m afraid that neither crafting, wearing nor salvaging the Bloodsaw Leather Mask unlocked the skin. Any other ideas?

Hmm, that’s strange. I was able to unlock the skin by salvaging a Bloodsaw Mask. The rogue set can be obtained as rare drops, but the mask doesn’t seem to be on the TP, unfortunately. The only other option I can think of is to visit all the karma vendors in the game who sell that skin — there’s a link to a list of them in Spiral’s post — but if that doesn’t work either, then I suspect you’re just going to have to wait until the bug is fixed.

You can get it from the karma heart vendor in Dostoev Sky Peak in the middle of Dredgehaunt Cliffs, I’ve wrote about this before, this skin is only available from WvW and 2 karma vendors in the world. There are probably 12 more vendors that you can’t unlock it from but they are the same skin.

Do you mean the Starting area skin?

I am positive that if you have an empty character slot, you can make a new thief and pick the mask from there and it will unlock on your account. Then you can delete the toon start it again with the next head piece for another free unlock on your account. Also note that there are three armor pieces to obtain from doing your PS a chest, leggings, and boots, also note that there are three selection of each type. If memory servers me right one will be power, vitality or toughness depending on class you are playing, and precision.
So if you play around with it and all of the classes, there are a fair bit of unlocks for your account that can be made.

No, everyone is talking about the Rogue Mask for medium armor. Anet forgot to add the unlock option to almost all of the karma vendors in the game. I know, I checked them all for skins and there were only a couple of them that had the ability to unlock that skin, the one I listed should be the cheapest option.
