From https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/guild-wars-2-the-first-year/:
More than 3,500,000 games sold
23,470,844 Caravans Destroyed
Head over to the wiki at http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/World_vs_World_%28achievements%29:
Yakslapper – Kill 1,000,000 enemy supply caravans.
So, at best, 23 out of the 3.5 million could possibly have this achievement
It isnt supposed to be obtained so easily, it is a long term thing
That has been addressed a bunch of times in the WvW section already. It’s not going to be in the patch on the 3rd. Maybe the one on the 17th.

The WvW team has already addressed this, stating WvW achievements are going to be adjusted to be more on target with achievements in other areas of the game. Not this patch, but soon. This year I believe.
I have no issue with multi-year long achievements. But kitten it, make it cooler than killing a Yak! lol

Long term needs it to be lots of fun
And some wvw is fun indeed, but the same map every day for me is not very appealing. Same players, same zergs.
yes, things that take you 40 years to get should be enjoyable in the mean time. Hunting down the war supply support is not at the top of that list. Now, if it was something along the lines of “Kill 1,000,000 enemies by using a treb to knockback them off a cliff”, then that’s something entertaining
