Guild Wars 2

I am guessing there is no way to get the runes out of these things now? I can’t even transmute them. Is there any way I am over looking to get the runes out?

Upgrade extractor from the gem shop. Currently only worthwhile if your item that you want to remove is worth more than 24g. Which is virtually nothing.

Oh I thought they got rid of those for some reason. Guess I will just sell the armor then. Thanks!
