Hi there! I was going through some armor Pictures And I found this picture And I was just curious what happened to the armor on the very Right It looks so cool and I really hope they didnt Scrap it completely! I Love that armor!

Most of those armors are still in game

My guess is that it’s put on with a lot of swearing.

i wonder why they removed the ability to dye the patterns in game, as shown in the picture

They didn’t scrap it completely, a part of it is worn by Countess Anise.

As simply as putting your foot in it and pulling the boot. It’s not a rigid piece of metal.

You can still do that, just depends on the armor piece as to how the channels are set-up

you can’t dye the patterns on the dark armor, for example, the shoulders and the chest.

you can only dye the paper sticking out of the shoulders and the sides on the chest.

Oh I thought you meant in general. the specific armor model that that prototype ended up being just doesn’t rate the extra channel, but many others do.

so it’s not a case of “an ability that was removed from the game”.

That outfit (the one you linked) is used in the game by the female human nobles. You can see them mostly in Divinity’s Reach.

Though I do agree about wanting these armors/clothing released in the store or something. There is so many clothing and armor styles that are only for NPCs or only for PvP. Would be nice to get those released to the players. Make them cultural town clothing or something (as each race has plenty of outfits not available to players). Just make them available.

Tribal never made it into the game either. At least for PvE.

Yes, I want that one. Think I tossed that on a thread somewhere previously as well, pointing out that DR nobles wear it, so why can’t we.

If you look closely, there’s a line on the inside, I would assume it’s a zipper. If you go to a shoe store and go to the women’s boots section you can find lots of long boots with zippers, however this is exaggerated quite a bit. :P
