Q:
How will be handled unused skins?
Essentially: I’ve banked some past-event Back skins…
will I find the skins in the Wardrobe and then I MUST PAY A TRANSMUTATION CHARGE to use the skins
OR will I find the skins in the Wardrobe and I’ll get a Transmutation charge for each unused skins
OR will just sit in my bank waiting to be used and wardrobe-registered?

‘Equipping, salvaging, or destroying a piece of gear or a skin will add the skin to your Wardrobe if you have not already unlocked it. You can also right-click the item and select “Unlock Skin” as well. This option will be greyed out and not selectable if the skin is already unlocked in your Wardrobe.’
