Unused upgrade slot
No its not at this time
The slot actually called “Upgrade Slot” cannot be added to anything. Everything but 2-handed weapons get one and only ever one slot. 2-handers get two in order to match running two 1-handers.
What can be added in some cases is Infusion Slots, but they hold a completely separate type of upgrades.
