Since I know everyone here doesn’t reddit, here are some highlights-

kites that apply boons, permanent finishers for PvP/WvW, flutes, and LFG. More info in the reddit post

I really like the addition of the perm finishers. I feel they can expand on this with sPvP to give spvp more meaning outside of PvP. Really excited for this.

And I can tell what’s in the body of thread from that title how? An alert would be handy, just in case.

Edit: and for the record I have no problems with people digging around and finding stuff. I’d prefer not to know in advance what’s coming and would like the opportunity to avoid knowing. A properly worded title or alert would be great.

It’s called “File Digging-Reddit”, how could you not assume that there will be spoilers in there?

Sorry I forgot to mention the picture, I personally forgot it was in there. Also you should always assume that stuff found in Dat files are of spoilers, I didn’t post any spoilers in the message body itself (if you consider things like kites,flutes, and perm finishers spoilers then i don’t know what to tell you).

My take on the title was more to do with the concept of file digging and I was interested see what people were thinking about this.

I would make a guess that the loading screen is for the new PvP map (Skyhammer)

so i though that door going out of LA was to the dominion of wind? it goes to an Aetherblade place instead?

more importantly, are the Tengu assisting the Aetherblade by giving them a place for their base of operations?? XD

Interesting, that kite buff text reminds me of the dragon festival fortunes from GW1

This game is getting so bad yet Anet can distract players with snowman finishers in PvP and WvW…..

I think its getting really good. Most of the changes that have come along I would have loved to have a launch.

• Better loot from champs
• Better rewards at the end of dungeons
• Level appropriate rewards in any zone (had a lvl 80 exotic drop from Blood Witch)
• AOE Loot
• Living story is a neat interaction with the games world once story is done
• Preview in TP
• WvW personal progression
• New PvP maps

List goes on and on, but those are some of my favorites. Yes the game has some hiccups still (instance closing when party leader leaves), what game doesn’t? But if you consider how much has been added and improved just as the game is coming up on its 1st birthday, and how much we know is coming, it’s pretty amazing.

Im really interested in whats going on there. Doesn’t that side of the map tie into an area that the Tengu are guarding and refer to as their new “home”? I wonder if the Aetherblade area is going to double as the Tengu capital or it the Dominion of the winds went the way of Cantha.

Just keep in mind what they put in those files is on purpose. Nothing is really “Leaked”, notice how little information is provided? It’s a cheap preview on the next patch to cause publicity.

I didn’t mean your map, but the dungeon map in general. If we were to believe it, then the flying ships pier would be located deep in the air over the water, well beyond the point where the land ends. Most likely the whole complex fits within the mountain that overlooks the way towards Domain of Winds, and doesn’t actually extend into Tengu territory.

Kites, PvP finishers and a Flute! you people see all that as content, wow.

Gotta say very little appealed to me in that bunch..

I have no problem with most of that list but WHAT better loot from champ? I’ve yet to see anything resembling decent from one. Not even a masterwork item.

The fact that we are guaranteed loot from champions is quite an improvement.
