Update broke game.
Did you have items in an invisible bag? You can’t sell them from those.
I can still sell items on the Trading Post wherever I am in the world.
I also don’t have the killer lag you seem to…. soooooo…. seems like you’re having a slighly unlucky experience. Perhaps you should contact support and ask ArenaNet to help you diagnose the cause of your lag.
I wrote a review complimenting GW2 for being playable on any PC old or new. I’m going to have to destroy my write up now.

On a more serious note, however, you might want to edit that review – GW2 doesn’t play on every machine well.
My old laptop could only run the game at minimum settings (with help from razer game booster to pick up the fps a little) and BGs were often just a slide show at peak times – my current laptop, which is a huge improvement over the other one, can manage mid settings plus a bit of graphical ‘fluff’.
The game still lags occasionally…but that’s more down to my ISP, location etc.
You may find that asking for help, rather than demanding (with additional idle threats), might be better received…posting in ‘tech support’ is a good idea too.
This is a lag issue. Because there are only a few auction houses left in the game. It’s a graphic issue. I could play perfect before and now since update I can’t move around an auction house at all. There are to many people in the starter city needing to use the auction house. We need our auction house tab back.

Go to EOTM for that, problem solved (well for you, if there really is a problem with the game they need to fix it, but i didnt have any lags in LA or Rata Sum)

The only ones they removed are right at the start of the starter areas. All the others are still in the game.
And you can still sell from anywhere in the world by clicking the black lion icon at the top of the screen or pressing O.
(If you’ve re-mapped it you’ll have to check under Options > Control Options, but O is the default key.)

Who removed the BLTP button? Mine’s still there. You only have to visit the TP to pick your stuff up. You can do everything else from anywhere in the game. (That did not change due to the patch).

Please bring back Caledon’s auction house. You turned our npc’s into weapons npcs instead of AH npc’s! Why punish us Sylvari? Now we have to go to an over crowded laggy Grove to buy and sell. And please bring back the sell items from tab option.

Every starting area got this change, not just the Sylvari.
Now we have to go to an over crowded laggy Grove to buy and sell. And please bring back the sell items from tab option.
“over crowded” and “Grove” are two words I never thought I’d hear together. In my two years of play time, the Grove has almost always been empty compared to the other starting areas (at least on my server). Not sure why.
And, as others have said, you can still sell from your inventory tab.
