I don’t get it. if its depositable then wtf does it matter on the change? especially when the achievement to get is account bound.

The one you get for the achievement is not this one. This one comes from the chest (RNG- rare).

if its not account or soulbound, its tradeable.

There are two different minis.

The mini Toxic Nimross is earned by completing the Tower Hybrid Master achievement and is still account bound.

The mini Toxic Hybrid is a random drop from the Tri-key Chest and the Toxic Hybrid. In other words only available by RNG. This is the one which is now unbound, meaning people who get more than they want can sell it to people who do want it and don’t get that rare lucky drop.
