Right now my EXE is at 24.5 Gig, yesterday the 7th I had an update of over 3 Gig.
So my question is was there an update if not then what gives???
Played the beta of and on for the whole week-end and the update was at about 1:30 PM a bit before the end of beta.

Did you change the language settings at all? When you do that the client basically downloads a whole new set of audio files that aren’t in the client by default.
