Do Upgrade Extractors work on all soulbound on acquire items? I have upgraded armor that can only be used or destroyed. The mystic toilet doesn’t even want this junk. I know better now not to put expensive runes on ready made merchant armor. The Transmutation Crystals that I paid for with gems were rendered useless before I could use them on my finished ascended armor. The price of Upgrade Extractors are too high to be used for most upgrades. So go ahead and tell me I’m SOL
