Always been. This is a reoccurring topic ever since they changed transmutations with the introduction of the wardrobe.

Actually even for top tier runes they are still to expensive… 60-80 gems = 10 gold… 250 gold per extractor 1100 for 5… Unless you are talking some ULTRA expensive rune or sigil (genorousity, poly devices, bee, etc) it’s never going to be worth it.
