Yes, by buying the PoF deluxe version of the expansion via the web store or in game store. Although you won’t be able to access PoF outside of beta weekends until it is released, but even those that don’t buy it now will have access to beta. You will get the PoF deluxe items that you can use now aside from the Lily of the Elon Permanent Pass that you will have to wait for release to use.

Just making sure, since I already have HOT Standard version, that means I can upgrade to POF Deluxe?
Yep, just have to buy it and add the code to your account if you buy it via the web store. If you buy it in game it will automatically be added to your account.
