Maybe I was sleeping the whole time, but which exactly sigil or upgrade that does that? I don’t recall a single one.

Well, considering that information was taken from an interview from August 1, 2011, you might take it with a grain of salt.

Not everything they envisioned pre-launch has made it into the game…so far. =/

But, the new Refractor upgrades do affect your ‘aura’ by coloring it.
