How do I get this to work? I’ve spoken to a lot of scouts with my wings on, but nothing.

I had to leave the Jungle, then re-enter with them already on for it to work.

Still not working for me. Did you have to do anything for the scout first?

I had to speak to them twice. The first time they gave me scout information. The second time they gave me an option to make the wings a glider skin.
