'Use all' option for item stacks vs clicking
Everybody wants this, but ANet doesn’t want this badly enough.
One can only dream. The best option for luck is pick up artifacting and condense them to exotic. Other then that, stock up on mouse batteries and aspirin.
Im just using examples. Alot of us have had those moments where we are clicking 500 times for something like SW champion bags and have wished for a mass click option, lol
1) Download this and install: http://www.autohotkey.com/
2) Paste this into a new script and save —> WheelUp::Click left
3) Mouse-over stack
4) Scroll up to consume stack(s)
5) Close application when done (important to gain back normal scrolling functions)
I’ve read here on the forums that people quote the devs saying something like “one mouse scroll wheel movement equals one click” or “one button/one action”. I’m sure they’re probably right. Hopefully they will sticky this post so others stop bringing it up.
This, by the way, is the same kind of problem they had with LFG before they had a tool for it in game. There was an external website people would use. Hopefully, this is on their list to address with the HoT expansion.
Good luck,

All nice and well, but these kind of quality of life features should be standard in games anno 2015.

Don’t argue with idiots, they pull you down their level and own you with experience.

Look, when BTTF came out, we were promised flying cars by 2015. 30 years is a long time. Why haven’t they been able to come up with that?

While this is derailing the topic, actually creating a flying car isn’t really the barrier, its having the infrastructure and safety issues around it that is the reason noone really cares to design one. Think about how reckless people are while bound to driving on the ground, now add flight into the picture and you have disaster after disaster in the making. The only way flying cars would be feasible is if they where controlled not by a person but by a computer, and good luck with that(many don’t even like the idea of driverless cars).
Actually, derailing the topic might be helpful. The moderators can lock it and I can reference it in my signature with the other helpful links.

I dont see the correlation between a science fiction movie form the 80’s and a mmo in 2015. Other games already have this kind of stuff, so why does anet dont have them? Afterall this game is way to “click heavy”

The connection is that I am trolling a troll.
This thread made me lol.
On topic this should have been an in-game function at release. The whole inventory management system in this game is a migraine in waiting. My mouse hates me.

I will only take your comment seriously if your name is based off of the FireFly series, if not then /ignored.

100% agree. I was just giving the actual solution for right now. There is a HUGE list of QoL features that could have been in the original release. But companies don’t work like that or they don’t last long.
Agreed.
That’s why I use CM. I wouldn’t play the game without it.
