does anyone know if we about to infuse the utility infusion to include the bonus effect plus 5 ar?

if so, can you provide the recipe? I don’t want to waste 20 laurels to find out that I can not infuse it.

No, you can’t infuse infusions :P

IIRC, the only infusions that give you both AR and a stat bonus are the ones that you create in the mystic forge.
