Guild Wars 2

Hey guys, is it just me or has the Guild Wars 2 soundtrack disappeared from the face of the internet? I can’t find it on DirectSong, and the only physical copy I can find is listed at 500 bucks on Amazon. There’s got to be a way to purchase it without paying some internet extortionist, right?

I believe the DirectSong thing died off a while ago.

Do a google on “GW2 forums DirectSong” to get tons of info. Short form: DirectSong business practices border on being criminal, DirectSong is owned by Jeremy Soule (the composer), and Soule has severed ties with ANet and isn’t selling the music. There are no legitimate means of purchasing it other than paying whatever someone charges you for their copy.

Otoh there are YouTubes of all the tracks.
