I recently transferred to Blackgate in hopes of having a more rewarding experience, there are a lot of good players on the server. However because of constantly being pushed into overflow I am unable to complete the events I need in order to obtain Dragonite. I get there early and its already full and I get shoved into overflow. Which has no chance to defeat the content.

I spent 1800 diamonds and am getting less gameplay. I want my diamonds back! Heh.

This is funny. Transfer cause of good players? T1 servers you are nothing but another red name in a map blob for WvW, not sure that makes you good. For pve you can guest wherever you want so not so sure why you spent the gems on a transfer?

Guilds. Someone who primarily plays pve would want to be on the same server as their guild.

OP: contact Anet customer support and they might grant you another transfer. Worst they can do is refuse.

Welp, at least you can guest back to your original server for events. :o

You should appreciate what you have. On my old server, we would have maybe 2 or 3 people show up to a world boss. My advice: Get a guild that always tells if a world boss is up in guild chat so you can rush there ASAP.

I always guest to Blackgate to do temples and have never run into overflow. I think you are just making stories up.

What steps did you take to investigate whether the server would be a good fit before transferring over?

Join a guild. Someone in the guild will likely be on the server. Group with the person, join him. Problem solved.

That’s how people in my guild handle stuff like that in Tarnished Coast.
