Is anyone else experiencing incredibly long wait times from support? I submitted a ticket almost 48 hours ago and have heard nothing back despite a few a few bumps. Is this just me?

Give it 3 days, depending on your problem. After 72h, you can submit a bump to your ticket.

Remember to only update your current ticket and not create new ones. Creating new ones puts you at the back of the queue…

You should have gotten an auto response at least. If you haven’t, check your junk and spam folders. Also, some emails block ANet. Read this thread, Not getting our emails to see if you have one of those.
