Guild Wars 2

So i played this game for over a year then my computer went poof and i moved a few times. I am back to play again but i feel so lost. i have a level 80 for each class, but i dont understand how the skills are allocated anymore.

I am curious if there is a veteran noob guide out there… or better yet maybe A-net can make this part of the game ? i know… wishful thinking.
